• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
• App integrations & performance improvements
• Ongoing support & maintenance

All services are delivered based on the agreed scope of work before payment.

Each project is executed based on a mutually agreed proposal or contract.

Any additional features outside scope may require extra charges.

Timelines depend on project complexity and client responsiveness.

Payments are required as per agreed terms, such as 50% upfront and 50% after completion.

All pricing is fixed based on scope.

Delays in payment may result in project pause.

No work will be delivered until payments are cleared.

Due to the nature of digital services, payments are non-refundable once work has started.

Partial refunds may be considered only under exceptional cases.

Any disputes must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

You agree to:

• Provide all required assets, including logos, content, product data, and related materials
• Give timely feedback and approvals
• Provide access to Shopify store and necessary tools

Delays from the client side may affect timelines.

Final deliverables become client property after full payment.

We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio.

Any third-party assets remain subject to their own licenses.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for illegal or fraudulent activities
• Violate Shopify policies or third-party platform rules
• Misuse or attempt to reverse-engineer our work

Violation may result in termination of services.

Wearewebsitedesigners™ is not liable for:

• Loss of revenue or business interruptions
• Third-party platform issues, including Shopify, apps, and payment gateways
• Changes made by the client after project delivery

Services are provided "as-is" without guaranteed results.

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate services for policy violations
• Refuse service at our discretion

You may terminate services anytime, but payments made are non-refundable.

We may use third-party tools, including Shopify apps and APIs.

We are not responsible for their performance, pricing, or changes.

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws based on our operating jurisdiction.
